Essential Qualities of Being

Being and consciousness are endowed with so-called essential qualities of being, such as

  • unconditional love
    freedom
    dignity
    autonomy
    peace
    calm
    silence
    strength

  • vitality
    clarity
    brilliance
    transparency
    intimacy
    direct contact
    fulfillment
    bliss, and others.

The essence of Being and Consciousness contains what are known as essential qualities of Being, such as unconditional love, freedom, dignity, autonomy, peace, calm, stillness, and strength. These qualities form the fundamental substance of our True Self. They are called essential qualities of Being because they are timeless and spaceless, existing independently of external circumstances and internal states.

Fundamental to a fulfilling life—beyond pure awareness and comprehensive presence—is the state of essential will. This quality provides grounding, inner stability, substance, self-confidence, and backbone. It is interested in unadulterated, pure truth and enhances our clarity. Thanks to its steadfastness, we can allow whatever is to be experienced and understood without resistance. Furthermore, it gives us the necessary determination and perseverance to embark on and continue the path of self-awareness, transformation, and self-realization—regardless of what may stand in the way. Unlike its artificial substitute by the ego, stubbornness, essential will is both stable and flexible. It can appropriately respond to changing internal and external circumstances without losing its integrity. It comes with a sense of freedom and naturalness, which manifests as increased ease and spontaneity.

For those experienced in these practices, essential states of Being are always accessible. To gain access to them, one must first become aware of the entanglements in immediate experience. Only then can they be dissolved. The effective, profound, and proven methods in my seminars, courses, and coaching sessions achieve this in a manageable and healing way, rather than overwhelming. This approach allows for free access to essential states of Being.

The outstanding feature of my psychological-spiritual approach to transformation and self-realization lies in the detailed understanding of the systemic connections between the various types of egoic confusion and the essential qualities of the True Self, as well as in recognizing the systemic interrelationships among the essential qualities themselves. (Opinions differ on this statement—some find it clearly articulated, while others consider it difficult to understand. Either way, please keep reading.)

With my proven and practical methods, I enable participants in my seminars, courses, and coaching sessions to access these innate qualities of life—as a constantly available resource for shaping their lives.
