Meditation – Why?

Do you want to be happy? And live a fulfilled life? Yet, are you struggling with both?

When you don’t find what you desire within yourself, it’s natural to look for it externally. A new car might make you feel happy. Or a successful career. Or having a family. But this happiness is often fleeting and temporary. Additionally, you might not only want to be happy but also to be free. And you realize that whatever brings you happiness externally also makes you dependent on those external circumstances. So, you’re not truly free.

In all these cases, the sense of happiness occurs within you—it’s your feeling. Ultimately, it’s about your experience, your inner self. So, what’s preventing you from having constant access to happiness, fulfillment, and freedom?

This is where meditation and essential personal development come into play. They equip you with the necessary tools to gain free access to inner contentment, peace, stillness, vitality, fulfillment, purpose, love, freedom, and more.

How can you gain free access to inner contentment, peace, stillness, vitality, fulfillment, purpose, love, and freedom?

My approach, focused on efficiency and practical everyday application, ensures that:

– You quickly access your true self as pure, open, and free consciousness, independent of thoughts. Traditionally, this is referred to as waking up. Waking up from what? Waking up from identification and entanglement with thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations (including rejecting, fighting, and suppressing them). And waking up to what? Waking up to your free self—detached from inner or outer conditions.

– You truly live your own life. This requires you to fully feel, inhabit, and be your body, genuinely experience your emotions, and be aware of your thoughts (this could be called waking down). It involves consciously and immediately experiencing the interactions between thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations, as these shape your experiential world. In this heightened state of awareness and presence, you begin to notice what in your experience and actions is still negatively conditioned and what is truly fresh and authentically related to the current situation.

– By processing old conditioning and wounds in a controlled and measured way using proven and efficient methods, you free yourself from these entanglements and gradually gain access to essential qualities of being, such as freedom, stillness, peace, contentment, happiness, autonomy, authenticity, unconditional love, fulfillment, and more.

– Through this profound transformation process, you develop into your true, essential self. Instead of chasing love, appreciation, and other qualities externally, you begin to embody them in the truest sense. As an essential person, you become fully infused with these essential qualities—you are them. Qualities like peace, stillness, strength, vitality, freedom, clarity, brilliance, dignity, autonomy, transparency, intimacy, direct connection, unconditional love, fulfillment, and bliss. As an essential person, you now live and shape your life in a truly individual, fulfilling, and joyful way.
